Wantagh Start - Begins at 6:15 am at the Wantagh LIRR rail station parking lot next to firehouse at 3470 Park Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793. Park your car in LIRR parking lot.
Brentwood Start - Begins 7:45 am at Brentwood State Park - 375 Crooked Hill Rd, Brentwood, NY 11717. Use parking lot adjacent to soccer fields.
Medford Start - Begins at 8:45 am at Tom and Sons Auto Repair, 2508 NY 112 - intersection with Long Island Avenue and Route 112, Medford, NY 11763. Please park your car at LIRR train station one block south of the start and bike to start at Tom and Sons Auto Repair.

Files listed can be loaded onto your Garmin or similar device or Phone.
The *.tcx file is the best format for turn by turn directions on Garmin Edge 500, 510, and 520. It will provide true turn by turn navigation on Garmin Edge 800, 810, 820, Explore 820, 1000, Explore 1000, and Touring, including custom cue entries. The *.gpx file is useful for any GPS unit.
